Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with 4M Racing LLC. Please review this policy before purchasing.

All sales are final

We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, duplicate purchases, failure to review a product description, promotional entry amounts, giveaway outcomes, shipping charges, or discounted merchandise. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Discretionary returns

We may authorize a return for an exchange, replacement, or store credit at our discretion. Requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approval is not guaranteed.

Merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original condition, free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair and damage, and accompanied by its original tags, packaging and order number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Approved discretionary returns do not receive a refund to the original payment method. Store credit is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide an approved return label, its cost may be charged before processing or deducted from store credit. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable, except where required by law. Customers may also be responsible for shipping an exchange or replacement.

How to request a return

Email info@4mracing.com with your full name, order number, item, reason for the request, and relevant photographs.

Do not mail merchandise until you receive written authorization and return instructions. Our mailing address is not an authorized return address unless we specifically identify it in those instructions.

Damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise

Inspect your order immediately. Submit claims within 3 calendar days after confirmed delivery, including your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the merchandise, packaging and shipping label.

We may provide a replacement, exchange, store credit, or another remedy required by applicable law. Retain damaged merchandise and packaging until the claim is resolved. Minor differences in color, print placement, sizing, stitching or appearance are not automatically defects.

These reporting requirements do not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Nonreturnable items

The following are excluded from discretionary returns:

Worn, washed or used merchandise.
Items missing original tags or packaging.
Personalized or customized merchandise.
Gift cards and digital products.
Clearance or final-sale merchandise.
Items damaged after delivery.
Late or unauthorized returns.
Items presenting hygiene or health concerns.
Products marked nonreturnable on the product page.

Cancellations

Orders may begin processing immediately. Cancellation or modification requests are not guaranteed and may be approved or denied at our discretion. Orders in production, processing or fulfillment generally cannot be cancelled, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Giveaway and sweepstakes entries

Entries have no cash value and cannot be refunded, sold, transferred or exchanged.

Entries associated with cancelled, returned, disputed, charged-back, fraudulent or otherwise reversed orders may be removed in accordance with the applicable Official Rules. A return does not entitle a customer to retain associated entries. The applicable Official Rules control any conflict concerning a giveaway or sweepstakes promotion.

Unshipped orders and delays

When required by applicable law, customers will be offered the opportunity to consent to a shipping delay or cancel affected unshipped merchandise and receive the legally required refund.
